Outstanding Agent, Amazing Communication and Expertise, Especially for Remote Clients!

Dinah was absolutely fabulous. We needed special attention as we live in Utah and were not able to be present for most of the selection, build and purchase process. Using her expertise and commitment to finding us the perfect Florida home for our needs, she stepped in, took ownership of the entire process on our behalf. She started by looking at countless properties and bringing us on for video walk throughs. I know she had to travel significant distances to the area we were interested in. Through these video calls, she became very aware of what we were looking for and honed in on her search. We never intended to build, but after she found this perfect location and beautiful new development, she helped us navigate the process of building and purchasing this home. This was the beginning of her efforts after she negotiated a very favorable purchase price. Throughout the build process, which took about 6 months, she was literally at the site weekly to provide us video and photo updates. She also was vigilant checking up with the builder to ensure the house was completed on time. Some of her greatest value came as we neared the finished product, with her expertise and discerning attention to detail, bringing several issues to the attention of the builder for correction. She was also very vigilant before we closed, recommending 3rd party inspectors, which caught several issues and she also ensured these were cared for too. Dinah continues to help even after the sale and provided quality contacts for additional work we are having done on the house such as rain gutters, porch screening, ceiling fan installation etc.. We simply could not have done this without the ever-present Dinah, taking on this project as though this was her personal house being purchased and built. We are so grateful for her efforts and have forged a wonderful friendship for life!
