Townhouse
•I made the decision to downsize and move from a house to a townhome, and Angelica was there every step of the way. We talked pros and cons of a lot of relevant listings, and she was so responsive when listings were coming to market by the hour. I have never had to pay HOA dues before and she genuinely gave advice on staying away from the communities where high HOA dues just didn’t make sense in my longterm investment. I’m so glad she advised me as a friend and not just a client - she had my very best interests in mind from the beginning. We toured my townhome and submitted a competitive offer without going over asking. I worked with a realtor in the past that ended in multiple offers that weren’t accepted. The fact that we only had to write one offer, and it was accepted for a home I fell in love with, helped bring confidence to this emotional process. Thank you Angelica!
