•I had Fernando helping me to sell my property a few months ago. I can not describe how easy and fast the process was, the first 5 days after listing I had over 15 interested buyers coming to see the unit and I got an offer on the 6th day! Awesome. All the paperwork was handled by him and it was all electronic, I only had to go for the closing. Fernando is very polite and seems to understand the market very well, always on point for the visit appointments. During the sale process he also helped me find a place to move. I just have to thank him for the excellent service and assure that I will be looking for him again in the near future.
