•Morgan helped us buy our first home and made all the effort to make sure it was the perfect fit. With our lease ending and a long trip during the last month, we had about 3 weeks to get under contract. Morgan understood and was full speed ahead. We saw multiple houses everyday and even 10 in one evening. She set every appointment and scheduled the showings in order so we weren't going back and forth across town. As a mortgage processor, I deal with a lot of agents and Morgan is top tier! She was able to answer every question we had on the transaction side of the process and explained how certain decisions in the contract would affect our situation. Once under contract, Morgan was on top of all contingency and due dates and even stayed up late to make sure the other parties wouldn't slip something in at 11:59pm so we'd be at fault. Overall it was an amazing experience and a lot of the stress was relived. We would highly recommend Morgan to anyone trying to their first, second, or 10th property.
