When we contacted Dean we thought the house...

When we contacted Dean we thought the house would be on the market for at least 3-6 months. We expressed that we wanted to be "done" with this as quickly as possible. Dean met us that day and by the days end he had it listed. The next morning he was already showing it. By day two we had an offer! On day three we were ready for escrow. He showed the home multiple times and even had back up offers in case it fell through escrow. We closed fast!!
