•Working with Julie has been an absolute joy, saying she deserves 5stars is an understatement. To keep this short I'll have to list Shows up on time Responds to requires in and out of business hours Extremely knowledgeable about the industry Well connected to other people who can help to advance your home buying process Warm, friendly and a genuine person if there ever was one I got to say this...during my purchase the seller "overlooked" that they had not given me the total sum of money towards closing. The final breakdown of costs that was presented to me the day before closing seemed to add up correctly. But when I showed it to Julie she quickly picked up on the error On the day of signing she accompanied me to the final walkthrough n made sure that all was well with the unit I was purchasing. Honestly I was just concerned with getting the whole deal over with but Julie being the tenacious fighter that she is, called the selling company, went to the site office and calmly but firmly ensured that the seller honored their promise fully. I didn't think it could happen because it was about an hour before signing but she assured me that she has done this numerous times and in the end she secured the final $1400 that was left on the table and made the sellers put it towards the HOA. So no HOA for me for half a year...how great is that! If you're looking for trust worthiness, punctuality, INDEPTH KNOWLEDGE of the industry, and a person who will FIGHT TO ENSURE you are not taken advantage of by the seller. Then LOOK NO FURTHER, Jule Adams is the TOTAL PACKAGE.
