I didn't think it could happen because it was about an hour before signing but she assured me that she has done this numerous times and in the end she secured the final $1400 that was left on the table and made the sellers put it towards the HOA. So no HOA for me for half a year...how great is that! If you're looking for trust worthiness, punctuality, INDEPTH KNOWLEDGE of the industry, and a person who will FIGHT TO ENSURE you are not taken advantage of by the seller.
