•Kat and her team were referred to us by a personal friend at our previous duty station. When I first reached out in our group message and received a response back from Kat's husband, I knew we'd be taken care of! We communicated back and forth via text messaging and had a virtual meeting for first-time OK home buyers. Being a military career family, we had rented for 16 years!!! The buying process was completely new to us and they made it seamless!!! Buying a house in another state would have been stressful with another agent... but NOT with Kat and Mari!!!! We were sent houses to look at weekly and were able to narrow it down to our requirements and location! It all came together when we came to OK for a long weekend and spent HOURS with Mari looking at houses and doing A LOT of discussing, thinking, stressing, etc... but I would not have wanted to go through the process with anyone but Mari (Kat, too!!). We went through s virtual closing process, which again was seamless thanks to Kat and the team. They helped us get everything set up and move in ready for the day we'd arrive in mid-July with our vehicles FULL of our belongings!!!! We had a chain link fence built so our dogs could be in the backyard... we had our carpets cleaned... we had inspections... ALL with Mari's help!!! I can't say enough GREAT things about Kat and her team!!!! I would 1000% recommend them!!!! They made us feel special and their assistance was SO personalized!!! Did I mention we're getting treated to an OKC Thunder game in a few weeks for being home buyers with them?! Selling or buying a home?! Kat Kosmala Group is hands down who you need!!!
