Sangeeta Kapoor helped us find our dream home in Naperville. We met Sangeeta through a common friend and we've been ever thankful for that introduction. She is an avid listener who will listen to the client's needs and is very detail oriented. All we needed was an initial face-to-face meeting with her, where we outlined all our requirements. She noted down every single detail and sent us listings that certainly exceeded our expectations. She is very meticulous about the showings and took her time to point out the pros and cons of each listing that she had sent us. Her guidance during the entire process of home buying took out the stress that home buyers usually complain about. Her knowledge about the Naperville and surrounding areas is top notch. Irrespective of what time of day it was, she was always available to answer questions via email or over the phone, always in a pleasant manner with a smile on her face. Never once did we feel that we were being given the sales pitch that realtors are known for.
