•We recently purchased a vacant lot in Belmont to build our next dream home. This cannot be achieved without Max. We ran into Max while checking out a listed Belmont lot which Max was the listing agent. That one didn’t work out because of City’s strict requirements on road access to HRO2 lots. Once Max understood our needs and budget, he recommended a few other lots over the next few months. We finally settle on current one which is within our budget and relatively easy to develop. I won’t doubt that Max is the top agent expertise in vacant lots because he seems to have many off the market parcels, including the one we just bought. He is also very resourceful, knowing a lot in the construction business as well as tricks to deal with City planning. You can tell he is extremely busy (guess this is a good sign), but yet always respond promptly and on top of everything. There was time when frustration occurred during the negotiation process. Max would just keep trying to find the line where the minds meet. We could not be more satisfied with Max’s service. Can’t wait to invite him to our house warming when we complete our new home project ??
Max helped my family recently to get a lot back that had been taken by the govt. He went above and beyond with helping to selling the lot. I can't say enough good things about him. He was always ready to answer any questions we had, even when out of the country and on vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any real estate needs. Thank you Max for being so much help to my family. Sandy Bailey Cedar Ridge, Ca
