•Home buying is amazingly complex experience and Becky was the perfect agent to work with for a first-time buyers. My wife and I were fortunate enough to be referred to Becky and we were not disappointed. We interviewed at least 5 different agents in the SF & mid-peninsula region and Becky came off as the most transparent, honest, and personable out of all the individuals we spoke with. Becky was very open about the communities where she has a intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods where she covers, and most importantly, she was honest about areas that she did not know that well. Becky is awesome because she lives (has lived) in the areas that she represents - has raised her great family in the San Mateo and lived for many years in SF prior to that. She has intimate knowledge of the surrounding communities and real-life experience navigating through the school systems. Becky worked with us to visit the areas we were focused on, gave great tips on the schools, community activities, and local restaurants. Becky was super responsive to any questions we had (no matter how minor / basic) and always let us know that she was there for us. During the due diligence process, Becky read every document in detail and helped us to identify the red flags that we should be aware, and also helped to interpret all the various provisions across the various agreements. Becky also maintains a great pulse on the market and allowed us to be competitive in our negotiation process and ultimately navigated us to a successful close. I would strongly recommend Becky for any prospective home buyers / sellers in the mid-peninsula & SF areas. One coffee chat with Becky and you will instantly know that you made the right choice!!
