•I am 1/2 of the selling couple and I could not have been happier with Tom‘s help, professionalism in the face of difficulties with escrows for two days anticipated showings to sell resulting in six months of frustration. He was the solution not the problem. We were the problem and he helped us solve it in very creative ways. He was always humble, polite, humorous, and very focused. He was a gem to work with.So many details were addressed in the background that we underestimated initially. He really knows his business! Never was he unavailable for showing us properties that would make things work. We looked forward to his 9-10 PM touching bases.
