•Greg was great. I was seeking an investment property in Austin (having been there only once before). We were able to do some joint pre-work together. After isolating down to a dozen or so properties we did a half day trip to check everything out. After leaving Austin, Greg was very diligent and responsive with our communication. Despite my original first choice falling through, we were able to close on my second option, which turned out to be great because Greg was able to negotiate a very compelling price for me in the end. He also helped triage many steps throughout the close process by helping getting on-site 3 more times! I highly recommend him to others and look forward to an opportunity to work with him again!
