Heidi Burkhardt is simply the best real estate professional that I have ever worked with!! Her knowledge of the local market and advice on what to do and when to sell was key in the very fast selling and closing of my Condo. One shining example of her great service: She went well beyond the normal service provided by taking the initiative to make arrangements for my nice but heavy furniture that I had left behind after moving out to be removed and donated to someone who really needed it. She made touch-up paint repairs caused by the home inspector when removing the electric panel, and facilitated window repairs with the condo assoc. maintenance staff that were required to remove an inspection contingency. Thank you again Heidi!!!
