•When I contacted Lana I was fustrated and ready to give up with my quest. I was living in Las Vegas and trying to move back to bay area with extremely poor credit, new job and 2 dogs. I had 3 serious strikes against me as a renter. But Lana would not give up on finding a home fir me and my family. All thanks to Lana we are now living in the bay since June! She works miracles. The thing i cant stress enough is Lana does not end her help and support after keys are recieved you have a friend and an advocate. I have had a few situations with house, sewer issues, strange smells in house and landlord popping up on a whim. Lana addressed it instantly in a professional way expressing my rights n landlord's obligations to the landlord (who is a very nice landlord). Which also is another thanks to Lana! I cannot stress how helpful Lana has bedn and still is with house issues and even helped connect me with rescources for credit rebuilding! My family owes our happiness back home in bay to Lana!
