•Carrie is the best! She is very well-informed about houses in general and the market in particular and is very thorough. She helped us navigate a difficult search for a home that met our needs and then negotiate a price we could afford! In addition, she helped me find a renter for my old home.

I would never recommend anyone else!
Carrie has been wonderful both as a buyer's and a seller's representative. She knows the area well and is well informed about what has been and will be coming onto the market. She listens to what you want and what you need and doesn't waste your time with listings that do not reflect your interests whatsoever.
Carrie is very impressive: She is thoughtful, passionate, and educated about the housing market in Swarthmore. However, she grossly underestimated the value of my home. According to her 'calculations', she advised me to list my house approximately $20K less than the zestimate. Luckily, I went with another agent. The other agent sold my house for a great price. In fact, I sold my house for $60K more than what Carrie said I would get for the house. I am so glad I didn't listen to her. She is a wonderful person but her firm is small and they underestimate the value of homes. I highly recommend looking for another agent who comes from a larger, more established real estate agency.
