•We had an interesting situation that Rae Anne stepped in and with the full force of her expertise and years of experience smoothed over. Our selling broker had just finished chemotherapy and was selling her own house plus getting married in two months. Do you think nightmare? Rae Anne found us three condos. One I liked, and one my wife liked (a lot). Then she worked with us (me) for supportive reasons to go with the fully remodeled condo at an affordable price and drop the over- priced condo, the one that had HOA problems. Wife is very happy. So am I. This was the first real estate transaction for the buying agent of our house and there was a lot of hand -holding needed to fill in for him and our agent. There were documents that were not signed or were improperly filled out for the title company. Rae Anne put her side together and supported the other two agents in getting the proper documents signed and approved at the Title Company. Both sale and purchase had to close on the same day. Not a small feat . This may seem over the top, but Rae Anne is over the top with a can- do drive to do what it takes to get all parties in a complex transaction on the same page and close the deal. We are both overjoyed with our new condo. Art and Shellee Barrett
