Pat was always available by phone to answer any doubts or questions!

Pat was highly recommended to me by a good friend to help me sell my late father's condo. Pat was supportive and reassuring during a very difficult time of loss. Because of my limited availability Pat took care of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. She quickly contacted and was herself available to coordinate a stager, painters and cleaning crew. I was so impressed by her willingness to roll up her sleeves and do whatever needed to be done from minor repairs in the condo to waiting for the refrigerator repair person. Pat was always available by phone to answer any doubts or questions I had with patience and knowledge that comes from experience. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is in need of a realtor. Thank you Pat. You made a very difficult and emotional experience very manageable.
