•Wendy is an extremely knowledgeable and professional realtor. Wendy is always prepared with information for each listing, was able to answer any questions and add valuable insight for each property we viewed. We recommend Wendy to everyone!
We had not looked for property in the Cape Coral area previously, but had heard it was a great place. Wendy worked with my husband and me to find the perfect condo. She showed us the area as well as several units she thought would be of interest. She pointed out the pros and cons of them & spend time with us to make the right decision. She answered all of our questions and brought up some points for us to consider. She handled all of the paperwork in a professional and timely matter as we were out of state and handled the closing for us. I have recommended her to people who are interested in the Cape as well as people who may have other friends interested. She was excellent and we could not be happier!
