•Monica is Great! We were referred to Monica from our former neighbors, who also had a great experience working with Monica, and we were not disappointed. We was such a help to use through out the entire process from finding contractors to fix up our old house, lenders, and navigating the process in general - everything was easy. Monica is high energy and but low pressure, she keeps the process moving but was always there to provide an additional perspective. We were house hunting during COVID and Monica was super helpful and flexible helping manage all of the nuances of that process. When we found the right house - we were competing with another buyer and - Monica help us build a competitive offer, without overpaying. We couldn't be happier. We ended up renting, rather then selling our old house and Monica helped us with that as well - the house was rented in less then 12 hours! Monica also has a great Rolodex of trades people which are honest and reliable - I can't imagine having to have gotten our old house ready for market with her help!
