•Looking to purchase a condominium in Boston with no real knowledge of the neighborhoods was never a problem for us, Eleanor had all the information we needed to help us with our search. Her familiarity with the city was evident while going from Brighton to Jamaica Plain and every neighborhood in between and some outside of Boston proper. In this extremely competitive buyers market, Eleanor kept us informed of any property that met our requirements. She spent several weekdays and weekends with us going to as many open houses as possible in very narrow time constraints. Her ability to get us to eight open houses in one day and not feel rushed still amazes me. She was always available when we needed to speak with her. Throughout the purchasing process, she willingly travelled to our area to review paperwork and discuss the purchasing process. Eleanor has been our advocate when negotiating with the sellers. She has always maintained a high degree of professionalism when dealing with the seller's agent and lawyer.
