•I am a first-time home buyer/owner. The whole process was new and totally unfamiliar to me. In beginning of the search I poured through many prospects which she provided online. I was able to get a better understanding of the market, to identify numerous features that I needed, benefits/drawbacks of locations, fit and finish of interiors, appliances, furnishings, etc. Certain features that I thought I wanted,(fireplace, whirlpool tub,) fell by the wayside as I came across properties that offered what I needed (a well designed/well lighted kitchen, newer or even new appliances throughout, natural lighting). The property I ultimately chose was the 2nd or 3rd property of the some 20-25 properties (I lost count) we viewed in person. She was patient and professional, let the property speak for itself.
