•I was looking to move back to Walnut Creek so I could be closer to family. I had heard about Rossmoor and the fact it was a 55+ community appealed to me, but I really didn’t know all that it had to offer either in terms of housing or amenities. I decided to reach out to the aptly named Rossmoor Realty and in doing so I was put in touch with Tom Donovan. Boy did I get lucky! Tom is so well versed in all things Rossmoor and quickly understood what I was looking for. He took the time to ask me a lot of questions, listened attentively to my answers and showed me how and why Rossmoor was the place for me. We quickly found two units I was interested in, but I was waiting for my place in Leisure World Seal Beach to close escrow and encountered several issues with that closing owing to very blasé and uncommunicative realtors. When one of the two units I was interested in sold, Tom did not hesitate to offer valuable counsel and guidance to ensure I would not miss out on the second unit … and I’m happy to report his efforts enabled me to get the unit I wanted. Of the seven or so relators I have worked with in the past, none compared to Tom – his professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge about Rossmoor and commitment to what was in my best interest exceed all expectations. I could not recommend him enough!
