•Theresa was my agent on two transactions and I would utilize her again in a heartbeat. She represented me on the purchase of a home for my mother and went above and beyond my expectations scheduling needed inspections and follow-ups regarding the transaction to make it go smoothly in a very tight timeframe. My second transaction was new construction with Lennar and again she made a very difficult purchase with them much more manageable. She constantly followed up on the delays and gave me the real picture of when the home would be completed despite the smokescreen that Lennar put up. Nearing the end of the transaction she was invaluable in protecting my interests and not letting me get pushed into closing to hit their deadlines like many of my neighbors did. I would highly recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a home in the area.
