•After becoming widowed in late October 2021, I was able to move down temporarily to the Arvada area and stay with family. I was very nervous and apprehensive about locating a new home. I love the Arvada area and wanted to call it home. I met Marisa thru a referral and we worked together to locate the perfect home for me to relocate to. I originally was from the Denver area and lived for the last six years on the Western slope. Transitioning to city life was an adjustment for sure, but she patiently helped me to find the treasure I now live in. Thank you, Marisa! You made home shopping a great experience. You helped me narrow down my favorite site to move to. I’m also appreciative of your kindness and understanding when I asked my “million dollar” questions. Awesome job! I’d be happy to refer you to any of my friends and relatives.
