•Mark was awesome. He helped me buy our house during a relocation for my job. We knew what school district we wanted, and Mark took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. That was a huge time saver since he didn't waste our time looking at houses that had no potential. Once we found a house we really liked, Mark was a blessing since our transaction got so hosed up due to the sellers perception of reality and the market conditions. I would have given up at least twice had it not been for him. He knew that this was the house for us and helped us get it. He worked with our lenders to keep the deal moving forward and negotiated with the sellers to make it possible. We love the house we're in and Mark made it happen. Mark stayed with us, kept me focused (sometimes had to calm me down), and always kept me informed. He was great to work with. He absolutely went above and beyond.
