When looking for a home, I wanted to find a realtor that had an expert knowledge of the home buying process, market evaluation, and who was responsive to questions and concerns. As a first time homebuyer, I would be depending on the realtor I chose to know the ins and outs of the market and the process. I found all three of these with Karalyn Hoefer and team. Throughout the process, there was never any question where we stood and what was needed next. She patiently explained what certain terms meant and what was important to consider as she walked me step by step through the process. Her team was extremely flexible in setting up times to view potential homes to ensure we viewed homes as soon as possible after they were posted. At the offer stage, she expertly navigated the negotiation process and was able to suggest a price point that ensured my offer was accepted to secure my dream home. She was able to save me money by effectively working with the sellers agent to ensure a compromise was reached that was beneficial to all parties and resulted in the necessary repairs being completed. Her expert experience in all aspects of the process insured that nothing fell through the cracks. There were several times where potential problematic areas were successfully handled before they became problems. I will definitely use her and her team again when I search for my next home and would highly recommend her to anyone that wants a seamless and problem free home buying experience with a team that goes above and beyond for you.
