•Kate is an excellent realtor. She's very knowledgeable of the trends in the housing market. She keeps up on the areas sales, what they sold for and how much work was done to it as well as the similarities to my house. She also looked at ones for sale along those same guidelines to come up with a sale price for my home. She's honest, straightforward and respectful when discussing the sale price of your house. When a problem arises she's on it and resolves it quickly. When the lawyers had pushed the closing up without notification she contacted them and asked why and made sure it was okay with us, the sellers. I will use Kate in the future and I highly recommend her if your thinking of selling your home.
