There are not enough words to describe the absolutely incredible experience my wife and I had working with Jo-Lee and her Costa Living team! From the minute Jo-Lee contacted me from my Zillow inquiry through the entire process she anticipated our every need, and delivered way above our expectations. Jo-Lee communicated with us constantly, coordinated every detail, and proactively engaged in understanding our unique preferences. Jo-Lee and her team were there to help us achieve our dream of luxurious relaxing waterfront living and protected our interests during the whole process. My wife and I moved nine times since we were married and never knew buying a property could be so much fun. Jo-Lee made us feel special and gave us the confidence we needed to make a quick decision in a dynamic marketplace. She pointed out every detail we needed to properly evaluate the options. She took time to show us many properties in St Petersburg and Apollo Beach over a few days before we made our informed decision. Her Costa Living team helped us find a place to keep our boat while we wait to have our own dock and lift built at the new home. Her husband is part of the Costa Living team with extensive experience and knowledge about boats, lifts, navigating and even helped me with coordination and transport of my boat from Maryland to Tampa Bay. He also helped mark the Apollo Beach canal routes on my chart plotter to ensure our boating safety. Jo-Lee continues to share tons of local information about living in Apollo Beach which made our move extremely stress free. There is so much more I could continue on forever.
