•We were first time homebuyers. We were initially going to go with another realtor, but we were concerned with his delayed communication. We found Justyna online and liked that she had experience and great reviews. I emailed Justyna on a Friday night and within 30 minutes she responded. Impressed. She met with us that Sunday at a coffee shop to go over the process and learn what kind of home we were searching for. Justyna proceeded to find a variety of homes in the suburb areas that we were wanting to be in. We searched for homes for 2-2.5 months. Justyna always worked with our schedules for showings and stayed communicative throughout the process. We were feeling discouraged after our second offer was declined due to higher offers/the competitive market. Justyna heard of a home through another realtor and went to PREVIEW the home for us before telling us about it. This is the home we now live in and - truly - things worked out as they should. It has everything we wanted and more. Justyna constantly reminded us that the right home is out there and she found that for us. We are so appreciative.
