•We recently bought our first home with Wilmer and his wife Angie, who were a great team. They helped us navigate the complex process and really made it easy for us novices. They were always on time and worked tirelessly to make sure we could get into houses at the earliest possible opportunity. He stayed up late night after night negotiating and writing up offers for us. He was very patient with us despite how picky we were and how many times we changed our minds, and always took the time to explain things if they were confusing. At every step of the way he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. When we went to look at houses, Wilmer was always looking out for us -- if there was anything he didn't like or wouldn't want for himself, he made sure to tell us. We felt like he was acting as our trusted friend and advisor, and not simply an agent pushing a sale. We would absolutely work with Wilmer again and would recommend him to anyone.
