•I've known Jon Catlow for many years so I knew about his honest and straightforward personality but working with him took all of that up a notch--a big notch. Going into the listing of our house I projected that I would be a very easy client (don't we all envision that?). Well it turned out that I needed more hand holding and seller counseling than I thought I would but Jon was great each and every time. He never got swept up in my drama. He remained helpful and confident and looking back I am very grateful for the way he handled the whole emotional ride. As we went through the process from prep to closing I noticed that Jon, in his understated way, kept his word and followed through on everything he said. He held several open houses that were warm and inviting and by the results its apparent that he represented the house in it's best presentation. In the end, we sold our house for way more money than we were expecting with an outstanding offer that surpassed all of our expectations. I've spoken to other real estate professionals after our house was sold and learned that several of the extra efforts Jon made are not common to every transaction. We are grateful we worked with Jon. I would definitely recommend Jon Catlow as a realtor based on our very positive experience.
