•Moving from NY to FL I was unaware of the different nuances in the housing markets. I found Gary to be a considerate, congenial, patient, and consummate professional. He is quite knowledgeable of the housing markets in the various sub-sections of this area. As an example of Gary's depth of consideration: one rainy day when we were looking at houses, he brought along painters' shoe covers for us so the floors wouldn't get tracked-up. Gary uses technology very efficiently, e.g., notification of type-designated listings, as they became available, tracking and analysis of properties. I highly recommend Gary Dore to represent your interests as your real estate agent.
With out question, Mr. Dore is the finest realtor anyone purchasing a property would want to be looking after their best interest. HE NOT ONLY GOES OUT OF HIS WAY HELPING TO LOCATE PROPERTY BUT ALSO GOES WELL BEYOND A REALTORS REQUIREMENTS IN HELPING THE CLIENT. IN MY CASE, HE NOT ONLY LOCATED AND CONTRACTED THE PROPERTY I WANTED BUT CONTINUED TO HELP WITH GETTYING ME SETTLED LONG AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS CONCLUDED. HE STILL REMAINS SOMEONE I GO TO FOR ADVICE........WITHOUT FINIANCIAL GAIN.
