•If you want professionalism, hire Shaun and/or his team "Team". Our house was sold in one day. The Team, staged it (Friday), held an open house (Saturday). I had 4 offers on Saturday night. The Team made my involvement of the sale easy. Any hick-ups during the process were handled by the Team but I was advised along the way. Shaun reached out whenever I was needed but for the most part, Shaun managed the hick-ups on the sale for me. I reviewed and signed documents for the sale of the house. I highly recommend Shaun Ashley.
