•Our experience with Jessica was perhaps one of HER most strange. Out of the blue, I sent her a message stating I was in town from CA for a matter of days, wanted to purchase a piece of land in cash on the spot, and could I please go and look at this land asap? Her partner was out of town; the owner of the land was out of town. Somehow, Jessica made this all happen, even with a previous owner who at one point seemed to change his mind about selling! Her persistence, kindness, knowledge, responsiveness - every aspect of this crazy process - will make me run to Jessica in the future if required, and recommend her in a heartbeat. Think of your dearest friend or sister looking out for YOUR best interests and finding you a property asap...that is Jessica. Any questions along the way? Even if she did not know the answer immediately, she would find out (keep in mind, all I knew was I wanted property, that weekend, and I had some money...I had ZERO knowledge about the process)! Please do not hesitate to call Jessica - while we currently are still in CA, but have our amazing 7+ acres in TX and will start building our retirement home in a couple of months, thanks to her!!
