•Mary Stansell was a brilliant, cheerful, knowledgeable, and expert guide on my home-selling journey. I called her in the first place because she had glowing reviews from several clients who had been in the real estate business themselves. And I liked the “sell” in her name. Mary knows her business well, is a champion multi-tasker, and most importantly to me, provided expert recommendations in responding to various challenges along the way: from prioritizing home improvements/home staging, to responding to addendum requests from the buyer, and resolving questions from inspections. She was able to assist me in managing my own perfectionism, which had stalled my ability to get the property on the market. In addition, Mary took fabulous photos for advertising my wonderful place. My home went on the market Monday afternoon, Sept. 23. We had a full-price offer in hand by noon Friday, Sept. 27! Well done, Mary! It was a pleasure to become acquainted with you!
