•Leslie sold a previous home/rental property for us after we had moved out of the area. Leslie was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and very easy to work with, even from a distance. She did an excellent job of staging the vacant property to look inviting, and held open houses to help gain exposure. The sale worked out to be right in the middle of recovery from a medical procedure which made us unavailable to travel, and she went above and beyond to cover all the details we were unable to take care of and represent us at closing. She is particularly experienced in this area of PA, and has a team of small contractors ready to take care of any issues that may arise as the result of an inspection or appraisal. In our most recent case, an issue arose at the last minute that needed to be resolved. Leslie's subcontractors took care of it for a very fair price, within days, and we did not miss our closing date. Leslie knows how to get things done.
