•It was a real pleasure to work with Krystle. We were selling our 61-year-old home in North Palm Beach. She met with us several weeks before we wanted to list the home and explained the process as well as provided comp sales prices and discussed strategies. In July of 2023, there weren't many houses listed and not many buyers because of the high interest rates. We agreed on a price, she arranged for professional photographer, complete with drone, to take photos. An open house was planned and had a great turnout. A web listing was created, and the house went on the market Thursday morning. We had several interested buyers later that day. We received listing price and closed about 35 days later. Krystle HANDLED EVERYTHING! Anything that came up she took care of. Dealing with Krystle was very straightforward and a professional experience.
