•Kris was amazing through our whole process. He was patient, professional, personable and knowledgeable. He answered any and every question we had. He was on top of everything and kept in constant communication with us. He made sure we were happy and that we didn’t feel rushed to make a decision quickly. He made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. We have moved several times and used several realtors across a few state and I will recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
Kris had great knowledge of the market and the area. He knew the schools, and all the information for the areas we looked at all over Tri-Cities. He had a lot of knowledge on the market answered all of our questions quickly, easily, and with confidence. Communication was tremendous. Between texting, calling, and emailing. He was great to work with. We didn’t ever feel like we were looking for more information, and if he we wanted more he would get it for us. The communication through the whole process was amazing. Even after things have been wonderful. Because it doesn’t end when you sign on the line. He’s still been just a phone call away. True customer service. We always felt that he was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. I know we intend to work with Kris and his team as long as we are around. I don’t intend to use anyone else again.
