Working with Mr. Sinha was a a great experience for me and my husband. We listed our home in hopes that we would find our dream home and our house sold quickly because Atul was sure to Market our home through every outlet he could, he also provided us with helpful tips to sell our home faster! He negotiated on our behalf and made the process essentially stress free. When it came to purchasing a new house, we were very indecisive and had different ideas when it came to our dream home. Atul entertained both of our views and showed us several different properties and then he realized we were stuck! He did an excersice with each of us individually and created a list of homes with both of our interests in mind. When he took us to look at those houses we picked the second one we walked into. Atul is extremely attentive and helpful and very friendly. He gained our trust and delivered our dream home! He has a great deal of patience and constantly reassured us that he would make things happen and that he did! We couldn't be more pleased with the sell of our first home and the purchase of our forever home.
