Since we live out of state we were delighted that Linda consistently provided updates on the local housing market. We were well aware that this was an older home that would require the potential new owner to invest in improvements. Linda guided us with straightforward advice on our listing price along with creative ideas to incent potential buyers. After receiving the offer we were initially disappointed. She however, strongly encouraged us to counter. She worked closely with us rendering sound counsel throughout the process. Importantly, her close management of the buyer's inspection was critical to our decision making. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Great guidance and communicator
Linda was kind, easy to communicate with, quick to response to any concerns, and always had our best interest. She guided us at the very beginning as to what we needed to do to make the sale happen. She suggested the best repairmen, plumbers and electricians and then coordinated with them to get work done quickly to satisfy what was needed to make the sale.
