Great Realtor

We used Mrs. Taylor originally to find us a property we could buy in order to rent. Didn't matter what the house price was (lower pice, lower commission) she happily showed us everything possible in our price range, which was low. She met us on Sundays, weekdays, whatever we needed. We decided Florida wasn't for us anymore, having moved here from California a year ago. Instead of buying, we decided to sell our property. Mrs. Taylor, naturally, was our "go to". She was quick to get the ball rolling and within 5 days of deciding to sell, she had the house on the market complete with professional photos of the home. Keep in mind, homes in metropolitan Florida cities typically stay on the market around 80 days. In our specific zip code, the average is 28 days. In 14 days, we accepted an offer and we closed just now without a hitch. Why? Because she was able to really do her homework on the comps and the current selling climate to zero in on the right and realistic asking price. We immediately had a flood of potential buyers looking at our home without being low-balled. Her marketing is also top notch with every tool Berkshire Hathaway provides their agents. The pictures of the house alone, wow! It was a clean home to begin with but the professional that took the photos made our home sing. We got daily reports on how the online marketing was doing; views and saves. She was ALWAYS quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. Shes an easy going, easy to work with person with an incredible passion to make her clients happy. You really can't ask for anything more.
