A consummate professional who is truly tapped into the market

From day one, we knew we were in good hands. I never anticipated the level of service we received from Tawan. He was extremely knowledgeable of market trends, neighborhood specific metrics, as well as the realtor community at large, leveraging relationships to get us the best price possible. Tawan further exemplified what it means to be dialed in to your clients needs and concerns. His responses to texts and emails were prompt and plentiful. There was no question or issue that was too small for him to immediately address. Beyond that, Tawan spent extra time arming us with the tools and tips we took full advantage of in our hunt for our next home, even though it was out of state and of no financial benefit to him. He continues to stay in touch with us to check on our hunt progress and has offered his time and knowledge to that end. I could keep going but what else is there to say? He’s just a great realtor. If you’re not using him you’re going to have so much unnecessary stress added to an already stressful endeavor; not to mention you’ll most likelyleave money on the table. Hire him yesterday!
