•My sister and I were looking to purchase our first home together and found Metro City Realty through a google search. We lucked out with getting Melissa as our agent. From our first meeting, she was very inviting, professional, organized, and knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, to say the least. She provided us with various buying options, as we were first time homebuyers on a budget. It was very easy to get in touch with Melissa, via email and phone. She was available for us, and it seemed as if we were her only clients at the time, which I know we were not. Also the internal MLS site that Metro City Realty uses, was a god-send, as we were able to save homes that we wanted to visit and Melissa would set everything up for us. In addition to her finding and sending us homes that matched our must-have list. After viewing just a small handful of homes, we found the "one", we worked with Melissa and a broker that she referred us to in order to put in an offer. Unfortunately, this home was a short sale and after the months of waiting, the bank did not approve the seller's asking price; therefore, our offer was off the table. At this point, we were in a time crunch, as we had just one month before our apartment lease was up. Melissa went out with us what seemed to be daily in order for us to find the right home. She was patient and understanding of our timeline as well as our must-haves. We were able to find the perfect townhouse within our budget and within our timeline. She really made the first time homebuying process easy. It was such a pleasure working with Melissa, and I would recommend her anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Orlando area.
