•Dennis was the agent on both sales for both of our parents homes. Dennis did his research on both properties and gave us really accurate prices that we could sell the homes for. He was spot on for both homes! As in the end, the figures he provided were extremely close to what he told us in the beginning. On both properties there was a well water test done and we had to make a few corrections with a reverse osmosis system. Dennis was very knowledgeable in the area and guided us on how to correct it. When their was something needed by the underwriter, Dennis wasted no time and gave us the information that we needed to get to him, so the sale would continue on without any time lapse. He was always available to answer any questions we had. He also works well with other agents which helps both sides of the sales. We would highly recommend using Dennis Delor as an agent when looking or selling realestate.
