•Heather was my real estate agent responsible for listing my fathers house during probate and working so hard to find a buyer. As the representative of the estate, I had a lot of stress during this time in dealing with multiple properties, and I could not be happier with the help that Heather provided. She made the process so much easier than trying to sell the house myself. My father had multiple paperwork issues with the properties that was not made aware until Heather was putting together the paperwork. Not only did she contact me immediately when she found a issue with the title and the documentation, she already had a plan of action worked out before calling me. It seemed like road block after road block because of faulty documentation by my father, but eventually with her contacts and resources, we finally sold the house. I could not have found a better real estate agent than Heather. She was always available, and even spoke to me a day that one of her family members had an event going on. She was very open and available with communication, and I could not be happier with her level of service. I will 100% recommend her to anyone, and I definitely look forward to working with her again in the future.
