•We have been working with Amanda for the last three years before buying our house. We were living in North Carolina at the time and Amanda was aware that we would not be buying immediately. Every time we came to visit Seattle Amanda had a list of houses to show that she thought we might like. We had very specific details of what we needed. She was also very keen that we should understand the demographics of different areas and neighborhoods. In between our visits Amanda kept us up to date on the market via email. We have seen dozens of houses with Amanda and a few weeks ago she found us our perfect home. We have always been impressed with her ultimate professionalism and can happily say that she is now a friend as well as our realtor.
