•Grace took on the challenge of finding a perfect home for me, my daughter and my elderly mother. We needed a single story home with enough room for us all to have our own space. Not easy in Fairbanks. She showed me every single home in my price range that we hoped would work for us, there were a LOT! She always had a great attitude and never seemed to be discouraged with the months of looking. All the while, she was working hard to get my current home sold at a great price! When we got hit with electrical issues before my old house could close, she got me in touch with a wonderful electrician who came in and did a fantastic job of getting the house up to code. Being in her business, she has made friends in the community and knows the best people to go to for quality work at a reasonable price. The many hours she put into getting my house sold and me into a new house went above and beyond and ALWAYS positive. And she did all of this with the challenging times of COVID-19. There isn’t a better realtor in Fairbanks! I will never use any other realtor in the future and I recommend her to all my friends and family. She is truly a blessing and I’m happy to have her on my side! Thank you for everything, Grace. My new house is PERFECT and my mother absolutely loves it. You are amazing!!!
