This REALTOR is full of enthusiasm, courage and determination!!

My husband and I met Sarah for the first time at one of her listings back in Jan, 2024. We asked her to work with us and she gracefully accepted. After looking at over 20 homes together over the next 3 months, offering on a few, finally finding "the one" on March 28, making an offer and then the listing agent canceled the listing. Sarah tracked down the owner via her lender because she was in foreclosure but she wouldn't return calls. And then we saw it was listed again by another real estate agent so Sarah submitted our offer and we were under contract. Unfortunately while we were under contract, the lender foreclosed on the seller. Since Sarah had already been in communication with him previously she was able to get us in contract with him! During all this we were working with an attorney Sarah referred us to to work through the city zoning restrictions for assisted living facilities for this property. Once we got the approval from the city we were able to do our home inspection (Sarah advised we waited on this so we didn't spend money unnecessarily). So we finally closed on Monday, 08/26. We are incredibly grateful for Sarah's unwavering commitment to us for the past 8 months to help us strategize and get exactly what we wanted! We are definately grateful for your determination to hang in there with us, for your constant encouragement. There were days when it felt like nothing was going our way and the feeling of giving up steps in, but you've always been encouraging. Thank you Sarah! We are lifelong clients of yours for sure.
