•We started out with Carla as our Listing agent for the house we wanted to sell and decided to go with her as the Sellers agent for our new home. Carla is a genuinely wonderful human being. Her network is vast and she has an excellent sense for King County neighborhood. Carla and her assistant Jenna were always on top of things all through the buying process. Carla had very strong input on the properties we visited and we loved it. She did not oversell any property and she was very patient. She is a tough negotiator and was able to broker a deal that made sense to all the parties. She made sure that the mortgage went through. For the issues that the inspector found, she went out of her way to get quotes for replacing glass, fixing handymen items, and gave us phone numbers for the rest. We strongly recommend going with Carla!
