•We were after a rather specific "ask" from the market in terms of what we needed in a new home, though of course, it is always good to look at many properties to test those desires early on. Lorna heard what we were looking for and feed us a good suite of options to help narrow our focus. She then worked closely with us to get the best deal possible, even encouraging us to drop negotiations on one house that seemed to check most of the requirements when the owners wouldn't budge on a price that was clearly too high. Once we narrowed in on a second house, she advised us on the best approach and encouraged aggressive negotiations that landed us a great deal. Lorna was meticulous to the end to ensure all "i's" were dotted and "t's" crossed to ensure a flawless closing.
